REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At DJ-PPS-Stationery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns of physical products within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Process

  • Contact us to initiate a return and receive return instructions
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Non-Returnable Physical Items

  • Personalised or custom-ordered items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened consumable products (for hygiene reasons)

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

No Refunds on Digital Products

  • All digital products, downloads, and virtual services are non-refundable once accepted, accessed, downloaded, or delivered
  • Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after delivery

Exceptions for Digital Products

  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to your digital product, contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund
  • If you were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same digital product, contact us immediately for a refund

SHIPPING WITHIN JAMAICA ONLY

  • We currently ship physical products within Jamaica only
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error in your order

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs
